FBR is certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) program and is assigned the CLIA identification number 20D0649489.

Business Hours and Holidays

FBR is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Eastern. Messages may be left on voice mail after business hours and on weekends. FBR is closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Referral Testing

We honor most referral or laboratory requests and offer the assurance that all specimens will be forwarded to their appropriate locations. Those patients whose laboratory tests require special handling or shipping conditions may be charged an additional service fee.
