Dwight Smith is the recipient of the first annual award for Outstanding Alumnus in Computer Science, presented by the University of Southern Maine's School of Applied Science, Engineering and Technology (ASET). The award was presented at a recent ASET Student Recognition Banquet and is in recognition of significant accomplishments and outstanding service to the advancement of his profession.
Mr. Smith graduated summa cum laude in 1980 from the University of Southern Maine with a BA degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. He was hired by FBR as a computer programmer in May of 1973, and currently serves as Director of Computer Services.
